Tatyana Lyarson graduated from the History and Philosophy Department of Kazan State University and the Kazan Vocational School with a degree in graphic design. In the 1980s, she worked as a journalist and editor at an advertising agency.
Her exhibitions are held in Kazan, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Lodz (Poland), and Paris, and she also has solo photography exhibitions.
Since 2007, she has worked in the spere of cinema as a production designer. Tatyana Larson has created over 2,000 works — paintings, drawings, photographs, and sculptures — which are housed in Kazan museums and private collections in France, Germany, Poland, Yugoslavia, the USA, Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere.
The world of her paintings is inhabited by higher powers, kind angels, and fairytale animals. Tatyana Lyarson's creative philosophy is love and tenderness, strength of spirit and vulnerability to the inevitable, sincerity and purity, and the unity of God in all its manifestations.
The Kazan artist has been included in the encyclopedia of naive art.
