Welcome to «Pushkin Card» Events!

We briefly explain the details of the new cultural project «Pushkin Card».

Get a «Pushkin card» with a balance of 5,000 rubles (until the end of 2022) and attend publicly-funded exhibitions, concerts, and lectures. The card is valid for people from 14 to 22 years old.

1. First you need to find out if you have an account on the State Services portal. If not, it must be issued and then confirmed. This can be done in several ways, read more in the “Frequently Asked Questions” section on the «Gosuslugi» portal.

 2. After registering and confirming the account, you need to download the «Gosuslugi.Culture» application in the AppStore or Google Play and log into it using your «Gosuslugi» account (login and password).

 3. You will then be asked to confirm the issuance of the «Pushkin Card». After that, you will become the owner of a personalized card in a virtual format. It will be credited with 5,000 rubles, which can be spent on attending cultural events. As soon as the virtual card is available in the «Account» tab, you can start using it.

 4. You can get a plastic version of the card at the offices of «Pochta Bank» by presenting an identity document (passport or Individual insurance account number).

 5. There are several ways to buy tickets for cultural events:

• Through the application «Gosuslugi.Culture». A full list of all events is posted on the «Культура.рф»
  
  
• On the website of the place you are going to visit. Usually there is a note that this event is included in the «Pushkin Card» program.
  
  
• At the box office of the cultural organization which event you would like to attend.
  
  
• Use popular ticket operators such as Yandex.Afisha, Kassir, Ticketland and others. When placing an order on kassir.ru, among the proposed payment methods, select «Payment by Pushkin card».
