On October 31, the Gala concert of the All-Russian creativity festival «Sunny Talents of Russia. National character»! was held at the «Moskovsky» Cultural Center. The event coincided with World Down Syndrome Awareness Month. The participants of the festival showed their best performances in the nominations «Vocal», «Choreography», «Art of declamation», «Musical and Instrumental Art», «Original Genre», «Fashion theater», «Sport», «Fine Arts».
