04/19/2023 12:00:00 am
On April 14, a lecture «Night photography: specifics, opportunities and limitations» was held in our center.
We talked about the features of shooting in low light and discussed details of shooting and exposing, the difference between editing and photomontage, requirements and approaches to predicting the result of night shooting, features of using different types of lenses.
The lecture was held as part of the «Invisibility» exhibition. The exhibition consists of 28 shots. Some pictures were taken with an ultra-wide-angle fish-eye lens. The effect of such a shooting can be compared with immersion in a certain fictional world, similar to the Looking Glass. The characteristic distortion of space gives surrealism to the familiar landscape.
«Invisibility» exhibition can be visited until May 22.
Exhibition opening hours: Monday - Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm.
Free admission.
Age restrictions: 0+
