Case session «Human Factor»

Within the official program «Cultural Center-XXI», it has been repeatedly mentioned the need to modernize the Russian system of Community and Cultural Centers, but this time it will be about the role and importance of employees.

Thanks to these people, the system continues to exist and develop. They preserve and enhance traditions, responding to the current needs of society, create new content, expanding the functionality of their institutions.

This Friday, on July 16, at 11:00 am, a case session “Human Factor” will be held, where representatives of several Cultural Centers will talk about interesting cases from their establishments and share insights on how to expand the audience and launch new formats of activity.
